**New** Corporate Pickle Ball this summer

Montreal (CA) – The Canadian Corporate Soccer League (CCSL) is excited to introduce a fresh activity for downtown Montreal: Pickleball! Curious about what it is?

Pickleball is rapidly becoming the most popular sport in North America, spreading like wildfire. This racket sport can be played in singles or doubles on a tennis court, using a smaller paddle and a lightweight ball that glides easily between players. The rules are straightforward; matches are played in sets, similar to tennis, and the player or team with the highest score wins!

The corporate paddle league will take place from Monday to Friday at the McGill downtown campus. Each team can have up to 6 registered players, who can rotate in and out during sets or share the games throughout the season. The league will operate like a soccer league, featuring a round-robin format followed by playoffs. All necessary paddles and balls will be provided, so just bring your athletic shoes, some shorts, and get ready to have fun!

“We need to encourage people to be active,” said Albert Zbily, president of the CCSL. “If soccer isn’t your game, this is a fantastic alternative to stay active, fit, and enjoy the outdoors,” he added.

Multiple categories will be available, with games scheduled between 6pm and 8pm on weeknights. The league kicks off on May 12 and will run throughout the summer, culminating in the finals in mid-August.

Both corporate and non-corporate teams are invited to register – sign up here!
